Do you think you have a good relationship witj food and exercise?
Im going to be doing a post shortly on general views on 'diet' and exercise
Many people see exercise as punishment food as reward - is this you?
I like to think of a more balanced approach but this wasnt always the case, would be interested to hear your thoughts!
I've created a habit of when I have a bad day I reach straight for unhealthy food and drink which I know is wrong and I need to replace this with a healthy habit but I keep finding myself doing it. I also know I need to redefine what a "bad day" is as I don't have to see it as bad, just learning. It's putting this theory into practice and being consistent I struggle with.
My relationship with food is terrible. I know this but still struggle to break the chain.
