How’s everyone’s challenge going? I know the thing that trips me up is my snacking, so religiously tracking on MyFitnessPal and digging out new recipes! Anyone got some good high protein tasty recipes to inspire??
Looks yum!!This is one of my fav lunches, under 300 cals and 20g of protein. Super simple and quick, its straight to wok udon noodles, some chicken pieces spring onion and Itsu chicken broth. I top it with Itsu gyozas. Not really a recipe as all shop bought, but quick and easy and good split of carbs protein and fat!
I'll pop some more onto the recipe gallery over the next few days, but my go to for snacks are the Skyr or Lindahls protein yoghurts and Lean in 15 turkey & chorizo with sweet potato (think its the green book) i'll pop it here too
